At Zig-Zag Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
